The name Kona can only be applied to coffee beans grown in North and South Kohala on the western side of the Big Isalnd of Hawaii.  This relatively small area is only 2 miles wide and about 25 miles long (coffee belt) and is fertile, rich lava soil and is what makes Kona coffee so rare and unique. Coffee cherries are processed at mill in Captain Cook (Kona coast).

Royal Kona is a full - bodied, rich, medium roast with no acidity or after taste. A superb coffee with smooth undertones and the coffee you would drink if you happened to own all the coffee in the world.  Available in whole bean or ground roast.  Shipping for 1 to 4 items is the same.
